Gigi Star Lodgings Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they are the basis for reservations and stay governing conditions. The Reservation Terms section below are for bookings made directly or through alternative reservation channels. By utilizing this Site/related sites of the property, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. By updating this posting, we can update these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted.

Stay Terms
Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping is prohibited in all indoor areas of the property, including all rooms and common space. Our property will impose additional cleaning fees or penalties for loss of revenue due to smoking in indoor areas, as per the policy. This is subject to the property's discretion.

External visitors
Only guests registered as beneficiaries when booking the room/rooms have the right to stay at the accommodation. You must state the exact number of people who will be staying in the rooms of your reservation, and not exceed the maximum occupancy for the room of your reservation.

Pets
Pets of any kind are not allowed due to difficulty imposed following necessary hygiene rules.

Damage & Loss
Our registered guests are solely responsible for any damage or loss, caused during the rental period, also kindly asked to not move furniture avoiding wear. If damage or loss is discovered during rental period or after departure, our property reserves the right to charge the guest's account. The charge corresponds to the full amount required to replace the damaged or lost item with an identical or similar one. The Owner’s Representative may require registered guests to vacate the property immediately without compensation or refund in situations of excessive or exorbitant damage. Our registered guests are asked to use kitchen equipment and iron responsibly due possible fire hazards, contact immediately local fire department if being aware of any fire hazard/cause.

Liability Disclaimer
While we follow practices to provide a safe environment in no event shall Gigi Star Lodgings and its Agents be liable to you for personal valuables loss or injury or damage, whether direct, indirect and inappropriate use of our facilities.

Registered guests reserve the right to stay at the property and use available facilities during the whole rental period. However the Property Representative and staff may need to access the property and facilities for housekeeping, maintenance purposes or additional services provided.

All our registered guests are required to share with the property manager their ID or Passport.
